Can I Return My Order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchased products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned with all components, in original condition, and in good-quality packaging.
- Only proper use is allowed; damage caused by misuse or negligence is not accepted.
- Hygienic products must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- If the product is defective, report it immediately upon receipt.

- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if damaged)

We will then contact you with exact return instructions.
Do not send the package directly to the sender. We will provide the correct address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation – Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw, provided they purchased as a natural person for non-business purposes.
Conditions for Cancellation
- The right to cancel applies within 30 days from the day the buyer (or their representative) received the last product.
- Due to our automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement, so cancelling delivery or requesting a refund before receiving the goods is not possible.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement by email to kontakt@koshjem.com.
- Withdrawal is valid only after our team has received the products.
- The customer bears the shipping costs to return the products to our central warehouse in Canada.
During Shipping
Our store ships from Canada, so delivery times may be longer and beyond our control.
Once products are shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
We recommend waiting for delivery and then initiating the return. You may also notify us of your withdrawal intention in advance.
To speed up the process, please send proof of return shipment.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid, excluding shipping costs and any additional fees if non-standard shipping was chosen.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- No additional fees are charged.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Canada, and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
